1. The service
Rental.im helps users discover rental providers, compare available information and understand market price context. Rental.im may display direct providers, official property websites, external booking providers and sponsored placements.
2. Rental.im is not the rental or booking provider
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rental.im does not own inventory, set provider prices, accept payment, confirm availability or enter the rental or accommodation contract. The contract is formed between you and the provider you choose. Provider terms, cancellation rules, deposits, insurance, taxes and support obligations apply.
3. Prices and Rental Index
Prices and availability can change before completion on the provider website. Rental Index and Stay Index are informational benchmarks calculated only from sufficiently comparable recent prices. When no reliable prices are connected, Rental.im shows real providers without inventing a benchmark. Always review the final total and conditions on the provider website.
4. External links and referrals
Provider links may be tracked and may include affiliate parameters. Rental.im is not responsible for the content, availability, security or performance of an external website. A provider may change or remove an offer without notice.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with security, access controls, rate limits or service availability.
- Do not scrape, reproduce or commercially redistribute Rental.im data without written permission.
- Do not submit false supplier information, malicious links or misleading prices.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
6. Supplier submissions
A supplier is responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of submitted information. Rental.im may verify, edit, suspend or remove listings and may label sponsored visibility. Payment for promotion does not permit a supplier to alter Rental Index calculations.
7. Intellectual property
Rental.im branding, interface, software, database structure and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, marks and data remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Liability
Rental.im is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Rental.im is not liable for provider acts, booking disputes, unavailable inventory, changed prices, indirect losses or decisions made solely from an informational index. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Applicable law and contact
Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where required. Full legal operator and governing-law information must be configured before Rental.im accepts direct payments or concludes paid supplier or booking contracts.
